Where do you ship to?
At Revonic, we aim to ensure that every customer across India can place an order through our website.
We currently ship to most serviceable pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable at checkout, please contact our customer support team and we will try to arrange delivery through an alternative local courier, wherever possible.
You can check serviceability for your location by entering your pincode on the product detail page before placing an order.
At present, Revonic does not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact our support team and we will review the possibility of fulfilling your request.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for my location?
COD availability depends on the coverage provided by our courier partners.
If COD is not available for your pincode, we recommend placing a prepaid order to ensure successful order confirmation and faster processing.
What are your shipping charges?
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000
• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on orders below ₹1,000
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
How long will it take for my Revonic order to reach me?
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, operational issues, remote locations, or festive periods. Rest assured, we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp containing your order details.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with:
• Courier partner name
• Tracking number
• Tracking link to monitor delivery status
Taking delivery of your order
At the time of delivery, please carefully inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage or tampering.
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and inform our customer support team immediately
• For COD orders, packages cannot be opened before payment is made to the courier personnel
Product inspection after delivery
All products must be inspected within 7 days of receipt.
You will be deemed to have accepted the products unless Revonic is notified of any damage, defect, or issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The risk of damage, loss, or deterioration of the products during transit remains with Revonic until successful delivery. Revonic shall not be responsible for any damage caused after the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Unlikely shipping delays
In the unlikely event of a delay in dispatch or delivery, we will make every effort to inform you in advance using the contact details provided in your order.
If we are unable to ship your complete order within 7 days of order placement, we will notify you and seek your confirmation to ship the available products.
In such cases:
• The unshipped portion of the order will be refunded
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
